基于改进投影寻踪模型的土地综合承载能力评估

摘要 从经济技术、生态环境、社会发展和土地资源利用4个方面构建土地资源承载能力评价指标体系,同时针对评价指标权重赋值主观性强、适应性差的问题,将模拟遗传退火算法(Genetic Simulated Annealing,GSA)与投影寻踪模型(Projection Pursuit,PP)相结合,构建GSA-PP自适应评估模型。首先采用PP模型对高维数据进行分析,并利用GSA算法自动确定最优投影方向,利用PP模型按最佳投影方向将高维数据投影至一维,实现数据降维的同时有效保留高维数据中的有用信息。利用该模型对安阳县土地综合承载能力进行科学评估,可供对该区域土地资源的综合利用和开发参考。 The evaluation index system of carrying capacity of land resources is constructed from four aspects of economy and technology,ecological environment,social development and land resource utilization.At the same time,aiming at the problem of subjectivity and poor adaptability of evaluation index weight assignment,the genetic simulated annealing(GSA)algorithm and projection pursuit(PP)model are used to evaluate the carrying capacity of land resources,the GSA-PP adaptive evaluation model was constructed.Firstly,PP model is used to analyze high-dimensional data,and GSA algorithm is used to automatically determine the optimal projection direction,and PP model is used to project high-dimensional data to one dimension according to the best projection direction,so as to realize data dimension reduction and effectively retain useful information in high-dimensional data.The model can be used to evaluate the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Anyang County,which can be used as a reference for the comprehensive utilization and development of land resources in this area.
