摘要
鉴于多态加权k/n系统在刻画分层性能要求方面的不足,定义一种扩展的分层系统,提出了新的分层运算符结合通用生产函数的系统可用性建模方法.构建了可用度约束下解决“多层部件综合选择问题”的系统总成本优化模型,利用遗传算法编程获取各层部件配置类型及数量.算例结果验证了方法和模型的有效性,揭示了分层性能要求对系统可用性和成本的影响.对比分析说明本文模型更通用灵活,可为复杂系统设计优化提供方法支持.
In view of the limitations of the multi-state weighted k-out-of-n system in characterizing hier-archical performance requirements,this paper defines an extended hierarchical system,and develops a new method combining hierarchical operators with universal generating function to evaluate the system availability.Then the paper establishes a total system cost optimization model under the availability constraint to solve the problem of“comprehensive selection of hierarchical components”,and obtains the economic redundancies of components by genetic algorithm programming.The numerical results verify the effectiveness of the method and model,and reveal the influences of the hierarchical performance requirements on the system availability and cost.Further comparison and analysis indicate that the model in this paper is more general and flexible,and can provide method support to the designers for the design and optimization of complex systems.
