摘要
通过研究转子压缩机泵体平面磨损的影响因素,发现温度是转子压缩机泵体平面磨损问题中的关键影响因素之一,并通过试验设计得到转子压缩机正常运转过程中泵体的温度分布情况。基于实测温度边界,通过有限元仿真方法得到泵体的耦合变形结果,再结合泵体的初始设计间隙和滚子的热膨胀变形,预测泵体的平面磨损情况。通过对比,仿真结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性,该方法对压缩机的结构设计,具有指导意义。
The influencing factors of plane wear of the pump body of the rotor compressor is studied in this paper.It is found that temperature is one of the key factors in the plane wear of the pump body of the rotor compressor.The temperature distribution of the pump body during the operation of rotor compressor is obtained through experimental design.Based on the measured temperature boundary,the coupling deformation result of the pump body is obtained through the finite element simulation method,and the initial design clearance of the pump body and the thermal expansion and deformation of the roller are combined to predict the plane wear of the pump body.By comparison,the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.This method has guiding significance for the structural design of compressor.
