摘要
压缩机驱动电机绕组温度是监测电机正常运行的一项重要指标参数。驱动电机在运行过程中往往会出现电机绕组温度升高的问题。在排除电动机自身故障的条件下,对3台压缩机的运行工况进行对比,从电机运行电流、电机换热器和冷却水方面的影响因素分析查找原因。结果表明:通过清理电机换热器、增大冷却水流量和减小电机运行电流的方式可以降低电机绕组温度,从而保证压缩机安全可靠运行。
The winding temperature of the compressor drive motor is an important parameter to monitor the normal operation of motor.The winding temperature of motor often rises in the operation of motor.In this paper,the operating conditions of three compressors are compared under the condition of eliminating the faults of motor itself,and the reasons are found by analyzing the operating current of motor,the heat exchanger of motor and cooling water.The results show that the winding temperature of motor can be reduced by cleaning the heat exchanger of motor,increasing the flow of cooling water and decreasing the running current of motor,and it ensures the safe and reliable operation of compressor.
