军医大学科研信息系统建设必要性论述

Discussion on the Necessity of Scientific Research Information System Construction in Military Medical University

军医大学承担大量的科研任务,但存在管理质量效率不高、信息数据不够精确、行业监管缺失缺位等问题。研究从多个途径走访调研,分析国内多所高校科研信息系统建设现状,论述军医大学建设信息系统的必要性,为军医大学建设信息系统提供参考。

Military medical universities undertake many scientific research tasks,but there are some prob⁃lems,such as low management quality and efficiency,inaccurate information and data,lack of industry supervision and so on.The research visited and investigated from many ways,analyzed the present situation of scientific re⁃search information system construction in many universities in China,and discussed the necessity of constructing in⁃formation system in military medical universities so as to provide reference for the construction of information system in military medical universities.
