通过对某高校临床医学院2018年至2020年硕士毕业生的就业现状进行分析,了解当前医学院校硕士研究生的就业现况及其培养方案中存在的问题。以政策及市场需求为引导,探究如何提升医学院校硕士研究生就业竞争力,为实现更高质量、更充分的就业提供参考。

Through the analysis of the current employment situation of postgraduate students from 2018 to 2020 in the hospital of clinical medicine of a university,we studied the current employment situation of postgradu⁃ate students in medical schools and the problems existing in the training program.Guided by policies and market demands,this paper explored how to enhance the employment competitiveness of postgraduate students in medical colleges and provide reference for achieving more adequate employment of higher quality.
