Strategic Investment and Business Models of Large Centralized Data Centers under the New Power System Reform

随着5G、物联网、边缘计算等先进技术的飞速发展,集中化大型数据中心在不断铺开建设。针对传统的集中化大型数据中心商业模式存在的盈利模式单一、运营成本过高等一系列问题,从中国集中化大型数据中心的实施成效入手,剖析了当前集中化大型数据中心建设运营的4种新型商业模式,并建立评价指标体系,对4种商业模式进行评价,对后期构建集中化大型数据中心生态圈提出一系列建议。

With the rapid development of advanced technologies such as 5G,Internet of Things and edge computing,large centralized data centers are constantly being built.However,the traditional business model of large centralized data centers still has a series of problems such as a single profit model and excessive operating costs,which leads to poor participation of stakeholders in the construction of large centralized data centers.This article starts with the practice of large centralized data centers in China.Then,four new business models of large centralized data centers are analyzed,and an index system is set to evaluate the business models.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the large centralized data center operators based on the evaluation and analysis.
