考虑安全环保及补偿的火电机组调峰经济性研究 被引量:7

摘要 火电机组深度调峰是促进新能源消纳的有力手段,为了研究火电机组参与调峰的经济性,并考虑日益上涨的煤炭价格,建立了综合发电成本模型。从燃料材料消耗、投资运营、机组寿命损耗和环境损失等方面对机组调峰发电成本进行分析,结合调峰补偿政策建立调峰运行效益模型。对案例机组进行发电综合成本计算,分析不同负荷及煤炭价格波动下火电机组的调峰效益,以不同的调峰效益为目标为机组提供补偿报价策略。 Deep peak regulation of thermal power units is an effective way for renewable energy penetration.Considering the rising coal price,a comprehensive cost model of power generation is established to study the economy of thermal power units participating in peak regulation.The cost of power generation under peak shaving condition is analyzed considering fuel consumption,investment and operation fees,life expenditure and environmental compensation.The model is extended as a benefit analysis model for peak shaving operation by coupling with peak shaving compensation policy.The peak shaving benefits of case study under different loads and coal prices are analyzed by calculating the comprehensive cost of power generation.Moreover,compensation quotation strategies are obtained with different peak shaving benefits.
