动车组主供风系统双塔干燥器故障诊断逻辑设计研究

摘要 动车组主供风系统空气压缩机组出口配置的双塔干燥器可吸附压缩空气中的水分,为动车组提供满足露点要求的压缩空气。文章介绍了双塔干燥器的工作原理,提供了一种双塔干燥器故障诊断装置的方案,分析了双塔干燥器的故障模式,重点阐述了双塔干燥器故障的诊断逻辑。该双塔干燥器故障诊断装置可对双塔干燥器的工作状态进行实时监控,并能将故障信息发送给列车控制系统和健康预测管理系统,在司机显示屏上报出故障代码,指导司机应急处置及动车组检修维护。 The double-tower drier at the outlet of the air compressor unit of the main air supply system of EMU can absorb the moisture in compressed air and provide compressed air meeting the dew point requirements for EMU.This paper introduces the working principle of double-tower drier,provides a scheme of fault diagnosis device for double-tower drier,analyzes the fault mode of double-tower drier,and emphatically expounds the diagnosis logic of double-tower drier fault.This fault diagnosis device can monitor the working state of double-tower drier in real time,send fault information to train control system and PHM management system,report fault codes on driver's display screen,and guide driver's emergency treatment and EMU maintenance.
