摘要
为满足我国铁路货运“速、密、重”并举的发展目标以及货运增量需求,应优化列检布局,减少列检作业,目前更换闸瓦是列检主要工作之一,延长闸瓦使用寿命、减少闸瓦更换频次成为铁路货车列检主要技术目标之一。随着重载运输的推进和发展,车轮磨耗仍是亟待解决的技术难题之一。文章论述了转向架直制动杠杆基础制动装置的研究,理论分析、室内试验及运用考验结果表明,直制动杠杆较既有折弯制动杠杆可降低缓解阻力,改善轮瓦关系,减少轮瓦磨耗,能够更好地满足三年货运增量以及重载货车技术发展的要求。
In order to meet the development goal of"speedy,dense and heavy"and the incremental demand of freight transportation in China,the layout of train inspection should be optimized and the operation of train inspection should be reduced.At present,replacing brake shoes is one of the main tasks for train inspection,and prolonging the service life of brake shoes and reducing the frequency of brake shoe replacement have become one of the main technical objectives of railway freight car inspection.With the development of heavy haul transportation,wheel wear is still one of the technical problems to be solved urgently.This paper researches the foundation braking equipment for bogie with middle brake rod.The results of theoretical analysis,Laboratory test and application test show that,compared to the existing bending brake rod,the straight brake rod can reduce the releasing resistance,improve the relationship between wheels and brake shoes,decrease the wear of wheels and brake shoes,and better meet the requirements of three-year increment for freight transportation and the technical development of heavy-duty freight cars.
