铁路车辆轮轴检修质量是铁路行车安全的重要保障,文章分析研究了我国铁路车辆轮轴检修现状,提出了智能化无人值守轮轴检修优化方案,可提高轮轴检修生产效率、产品质量及自动化水平,提升企业管理水平,保障铁路行车安全。

The maintenance quality of wheelset for railway vehicles is an important guarantee for railway traffic safety.The present situation of wheelset maintenance for railway vehicles in China is analyzed.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme for intelligent unattended wheelset maintenance,so as to improve the production efficiency,product quality and automation level of wheelset maintenance,promote the management level of enterprises and ensure the safety of railway operation.
