摘要
高新技术企业是创新发展的主力军,在推动产业转型升级和经济发展中具有非常重要的作用。为研究高新技术企业创新内生动力,以201家南京市高新技术企业的企业中、高层管理者为研究对象,通过实地调研、电子邮件和借助“问卷星”网络工具等多种方式发放调查问卷收集实证数据,构建结构方程模型(SEM)加以检验。研究结果表明:企业家精神对企业绩效有直接影响,通过创新文化、创新战略、创新组织的中介作用间接影响企业绩效。因此,解决南京市高新技术企业存在的质量不高、政策依赖性强、内生动力不足等突出问题,促进高新技术企业在量增的基础上实现质的飞跃,关键在于依靠企业家精神的引领和导向,培育企业创新文化氛围、建立创新组织、合理配置创新资源和选择创新模式,真正激活创新内生动力。
High-tech enterprises are the main force of innovation and development,and play a very important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and economic development.In order to study the endogenous driving force of innovation in high-tech enterprises,this paper takes the middle and senior managers among 201 high-tech enterprises in Nanjing as the research object,and sends out questionnaires through field research,e-mail and“questionnaire star”network tools to collect empirical data,so as to build a structural equation model(SEM)to test.The results reveal that:entrepreneurship has a direct impact on enterprise performance,and will indirectly affect enterprise performance through the intermediary role of innovation culture,innovation strategy and innovation organization.Therefore,the key to solving the outstanding problems of Nanjing high-tech enterprises,such as low quality,strong policy dependence and insufficient endogenous power,and to promoting high-tech enterprises to achieve a qualitative leap on the basis of increasing quantity,lies in relying on the indication and guidance of entrepreneurship,cultivating enterprise innovation culture atmosphere,establishing innovation organization,rationally allocating innovation resources and selecting innovation mode,truly activating the endogenous power of innovation.
