北京市科技服务业发展现状及其影响因素研究

The Development Status and Influencing Factors of Science and Technology Service Industry in Beijing

科技服务业在国民经济中的地位日渐重要,科技服务业对经济增长的促进作用也越加明显。运用PEST方法分析了北京科技服务业面临的发展环境。从科技服务业整体和细分行业角度出发,分析了北京科技服务业基本情况。结合北京市科技服务业发展现状,选取2009—2019年数据,利用计量模型从静态与动态角度分析了科技活动人员、研发经费支出、科技服务业固定资产投资等因素对北京市科技服务业发展的影响。结果表明:科技活动人员、科技服务业固定资产投资、科技服务业从业人员数量、专利授权量、利用外资金额5个因素对北京市科技服务业发展有着明显影响。

The role of science and technology service industry in economic growth has become more and more important.This paper analyzes the development environment of science and technology service industry in Beijing by PEST method,and then analyzes the basic situation of science and technology service industry from the perspective of the whole and sub sectors.Combining the development status of science and technology service industry in Beijing,this paper selects data from 2009 to 2019,and uses the measurement model to analyze the influence of factors such as science and technology activity personnel,R&D expenditures,and fixed asset investment in the science and technology service industry on the development of Beijing’s science and technology service industry from a static and dynamic perspective.The results show that five factors,including scientific and technological activities personnel,fixed asset investment in scientific and technological services,the number of employees in scientific and technological services,the amount of patents,and the amount of foreign capital used,have a significant impact on the development of scientific and technological services in Beijing.
