惯性式汽车液压制动增压器设计

摘要 为提升大型汽车制动性能,利用车辆运行惯性,设计了一种惯性增压式液压制动助力装置,包括单组、双组和四组增压器。增压助力装置由牵引惯性盘总成、液压制动总成构成。制动时,后轮牵引惯性盘旋转,制动卡钳夹紧惯性盘,摩擦旋转产生推力,牵引凸轮盘转动,挤压液压泵活塞,产生高压制动液,输入制动缸制动。利用惯性提高制动效能,可实现液压制动系统在大型商用汽车上的应用,大大提高了汽车的安全性与经济性。 In order to improve the braking performance of large-scale vehicles,an inertia supercharged hydraulic brake booster device was designed by using vehicle running inertia,which includes single group,double group and four groups of superchargers.The supercharged booster is composed of a traction inertia disc assembly and a hydraulic brake assembly.When braking,the rear wheel traction inertia disc rotates,the brake caliper clamps the inertia disc,friction rotation produces thrust,the thrust traction cam disc rotates,squeezes the piston of the hydraulic pump,produces high-pressure brake fluid,and enters the brake cylinder to brake.We use inertia to improve braking efficiency,which can realize the application of hydraulic braking system in large commercial vehicles,greatly improving the safety and economy of vehicles.
