摘要
为促进自动紧急制动系统(AEB)向着更安全可靠方向发展,作为AEB系统的执行器技术更应受到重视。研究从AEB系统概述出发,阐述了AEB系统的工作过程、测试场景,并以东风风神某款畅销乘用车型的AEB系统架构着眼,落脚于对执行器的需求和策略研究,重点分析了系统中执行器电子稳定系统(ESC)的执行主动制动功能的信号需求、响应需求,并详细说明了执行器响应主动制动功能的策略。最后以该车型实车场地测试数据为例,对执行器的需求和策略进行验证说明。
In order to promote the development of Autonomous Emergency Braking(AEB)system safer and more efficient,as the actuator of AEB system,it should be more and more paid attention to.Starting from the overview of AEB system,this research expounds the working process and test scenarios of AEB system.Based on the architecture of AEB system in one of DFM AEOLUS passenger vehicles,the research focuses on the requirements and strategies of the actuator.The signals requirement and response requirement of the active braking function in the actuator electronic stability system(ESC)are analyzed,and the strategy of actuator response to active braking function is described in detail.Finally,taking the field test data of the vehicle as an example,the requirements and strategies of the actuator are verified.
