摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用NASTRAN软件,对某轻卡轻量化车架进行了拓扑结构优化设计,同时开展了基础车架与轻量化车架CAE模态对比分析及强度对比分析,CAE分析结果显示,轻量化车架模态和强度性能与基础车架性能相当。轻量化车架刚度试验结果表明,试验完成后,车架纵梁和横梁未出现裂纹损失。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and NASTRAN software,the topology optimization design of a light weight truck frame is carried out.And the CAE modal and strength comparative analysis between the basic frame and the light weight frame are carried out.The results show that the modal and strength performance of the light weight frame are equivalent to that of the basic frame.The results of lightweight frame stiffness test show that there is no crack loss in the longitudinal beam and cross beam of the frame after test.
