摘要
高压共轨喷射技术为柴油机电控技术的发展指明了方向,可以满足国四以上国家排放法规的要求。它已被公认为最具潜力的燃油喷射系统,具有巨大的市场和广阔的前景。论文通过共轨柴油机喷油系统主要部件的数模计算,能减少设计修改次数和匹配问题的冲突,提高机构设计和性能匹配效率。
High pressure common rail injection technology points out the direction for the development of electronic control technology of diesel engine,which can meet the requirements of national emission regulations above the fourth national standard.It has been recognized as the most potential fuel injection system,with huge market and broad prospects.Through the numerical simulation calculation of the main components of the common rail diesel injection system,the conflict between design modification times and matching problems can be reduced,and the efficiency of mechanism design and performance matching can be improved.
