摘要
汽车售后维修服务的有效性和及时性直接影响用户体验,进而影响用户对汽车品牌的忠诚度和满意度。因此,研究一种让汽车行业维修技师可以快速掌握维修知识和服务技巧的方法是十分必要且有意义的。基于以上背景,论文设计了一种汽车智能维修案例库。该案例库实现了汽车行业维修服务知识的共享,能够帮助维修服务人员快速确定汽车维修的方案,从而提高维修工程师的维修水平和故障修复效率,减少汽车维修的成本和时间。
The effectiveness and timeliness of vehicle maintenance service can directly affect the user experience,thus affecting the brand loyalty and satisfaction of customers.Therefore,it is very meaningful and necessary to search for a method,which can help maintenance technicians quickly master maintenance knowledge and service skills.Based on the above background,this paper designs a vehicle maintenance cases repository,which make it possible for maintenance technicians to share the knowledge of vehicle maintenance with each other.The system can help the after-sale service personnel check the maintenance plan quickly,thus improving the maintenance level and efficiency of technicians,and reducing the cost of vehicle maintenance.
