Under the impact of new pneumonia,the strategy of"intelligence+"shows great potential of reforming education.Counselors should grasp the opportunity of the times and take advantage of the situation:First,accurately recognize the changes,and make the work of students procedural,automatic and standardized,so as to provide time and energy guarantee for the professional development;Second,scientific response,through man-machine cooperation,to promote the specialization of work content,work objects and work methods of science,so as to promote the process of professional development;Third,take the initiative to change and actively explore the development mode of"intelligent+"counselors.
