集束化护理在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿护理中的效果

Effect of cluster nursing in neonatal care with respiratory distress syndrome

目的分析集束化护理在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿护理中的效果。方法选取本院在2019年1月至2019年12月收治的96例呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿,按照数字随机表法分为观察组(应用集束化护理方法)和对照组(应用常规护理方法),每组均为48例。采用统计学分析两组患儿的平均住院时间、平均机械通气时间、并发症(静脉炎、营养不良以及鼻部损伤等)发生率、家长总满意率。结果观察组平均住院时间、平均机械通气时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症(静脉炎、营养不良以及鼻部损伤等)发生率为4.2%,明显低于对照组的18.8%(P<0.05);观察组家长总满意率为97.9%,明显高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿护理中的效果显著,可显著缩短住院时间和机械通气时间,提高家长总满意率、降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster nursing in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:A total of 96 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(using cluster nursing method)and control group(using conventional nursing method)according to the numerical random table method,with 48 cases in each group.The average length of hospital stay,the average length of mechanical ventilation,the incidence of complications(phlebitis,malnutrition,nasal injury,etc.)and the total satisfaction rate of parents in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The average hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(phlebitis,malnutrition and nasal injury,etc.)in the observation group was 4.2%,which was significantly lower than 18.8%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 97.9%,significantly higher than 83.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing has a significant effect on the nursing of neonates with respiratory distress syndrome,which can significantly shorten the length of hospitalization and mechanical ventilation time,improve the total satisfaction rate of parents and reduce the incidence of complications.
