早期综合发展指导在儿童保健工作中的应用价值分析

An analysis of the application value of early comprehensive development guidance in children's health care

目的分析早期综合发展指导在儿童保健工作中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月至2020年3月本院2100例体检儿童为研究对象,采用随机单双数法均分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各1050例。对照组实施常规儿童保健,观察组应用早期综合发展指导。对比两种干预方式下儿童身体指标和智力指标。结果干预前,两组体检儿童智力及身体状况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组儿童智力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组儿童身长、体质量以及头围数据均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期综合发展指导用于儿童保健可有效促进儿童智力和身体发育状况。

Objective:To analyze the application value of early comprehensive development guidance in children's health care.Methods:A total of 2100 children who underwent physical examination in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group by odd-even method,with 1050 children in each group.The control group received routine child care,and the observation group received early comprehensive development guidance.Children's physical indicators and intelligence indicators were compared between the two intervention methods.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in intelligence and physical condition between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the intelligence score of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the body length,body weight and head circumference of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive development guidance can effectively promote the mental and physical development of children.
