肠道菌群对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

The Effect of Intestinal Flora on Immune Function in Patients with Breast Cancer

乳腺癌近些年来持续居女性癌症相关性死亡原因的前列,并且呈年轻化趋势。尽管乳腺癌的治疗方式众多,但增强患者自身抗肿瘤免疫功能才是根本策略。目前研究发现肠道菌群与乳腺癌的发生及治疗密切相关,维持肠道菌群的稳态对于肿瘤的治疗至关重要。益生菌作为有益的肠道菌群,有增强患者抗肿瘤免疫能力的功效。通过阅读国内外最新文献,在此就肠道菌群对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的作用进行总结,并提出将益生菌作为乳腺癌患者抗肿瘤治疗或者抗肿瘤辅助治疗的设想,以期为临床试验及临床治疗提供新的思路。

In recent years,breast cancer continues to be the leading cause of cancer-related death in women,and the trend is younger.Although there are many treatments for breast cancer,enhancing the anti-tumor immune function of patients is the fundamental strategy.At present,studies have found that intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and treatment of breast cancer,and maintaining the homeostasis of intestinal flora is very important for tumor treatment.Probiotics,as a beneficial intestinal flora,can enhance the anti-tumor immunity of patients.Through reading the latest domestic and oversea literature this paper summarizes the effect of intestinal flora on the immune function of breast cancer patients,and puts forward the idea of probiotics as anti-tumor therapy or anti-tumor adjuvant therapy for breast cancer patients,in order to provide new ideas for clinical trials and clinical treatment.
