摘要
目的探讨手术室细节化管理在预防消化道手术切口感染中的作用。方法选取2019年10月至2020年3月本科治疗的106例消化道手术患者,按照手术时间分两组,对照组53例,观察组53例。对照组进行常规手术室护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行手术细节化管理。比较两组患者切口的感染率、住院天数以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组,而切口感染率、住院天数均低于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过手术室细节管理可以有效降低消化道手术切口感染率、住院天数,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To investigate the role of detailed management in the operation room in the prevention of gastrointestinal tract incision infection.Methods:A total of 106 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected and according to the operation time divided into two groups:control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53).The control group was given routine operating room nursing,while the observation group was given detailed operation management on the basis of routine nursing.Incision infection rate,length of stay and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The patient satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,while incision infection rate and hospitalization days were lower than control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed management in the operating room can effectively reduce the incision infection rate of digestive tract surgery,the length of hospital stay,and improve patient satisfaction.
