预见性护理措施在血液透析室患者中实施对医院感染发生的预防价值

Preventive value of predictive nursing measures for nosocomial infection in hemodialysis room patients

目的分析预见性护理措施在血液透析室患者中实施对医院感染发生率的预防价值。方法选取本院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的血液透析患者74例,根据随机数字表法将其进行平均分组,其中接受基础护理的37例设为参照组,接受预见性护理的37例设为观察组,并对这两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果从医院感染发生率上看,观察组明显低于参照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05);从对护理的满意度上看,观察组明显高于参照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析室患者实施预见性护理措施具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the preventive value of predictive nursing measures on the incidence of nosocomial infection in hemodialysis room patients.Methods:a total of 74 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into average groups according to the random number table method,among which 37 patients receiving basic care were set as the reference group,and 37 patients receiving predictive care were set as the observation group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing measures for patients in hemodialysis room are of high clinical application value and worth popularizing.
