摘要
通过ZnCl_(2)和FeCl_(3)的同步活化磁化法,制备出了既有磁分离能力又有较强吸附能力的磁性多孔炭材料。结果表明:ZnCl_(2)和FeCl_(3)起到了较好的活化作用,随着活化剂用量的增加,孔隙率和比表面积迅速增大,孔填充效果增强。磁性多孔炭比表面积最高为2302 m^(2)/g,孔容最高为1.176 cm^(3)/g,同时在表面络合和π-π键相互作用下,吸附性能也明显提高。磁性多孔炭对孔雀石绿有着较好的吸附效果,最大吸附量为1004.3 mg/g。饱和磁化强度为7.99 emu/g,磁性质足以使其在外加磁场的作用下和溶液分离。
By the synchronous activation magnetization method of adding ZnCl _(2)and FeCl_(3),the magnetic porous carbon materials with both magnetic separation ability and strong adsorption ability were prepared.Results showed that the ZnCl_(2)and FeCl_(3)played a great role of activation in porous carbon.With the increase of the dosage of activator ZnCl_(2) and FeCl_(3),porosity and surface area increased rapidly,and the hole filling was enhanced.Magnetic porous carbon surface area was up to 2302 m^(2)/g and pore volume of 1.176 cm^(3)/g.At the same time,the surface complexation andπ-πbond interaction also significantly improve the adsorption.It has good adsorption effect on malachite green,with the highest adsorption capacity of 1004.3 mg/g.The measured saturation magnetization is 7.99 emu/g,and the magnetic components was sufficient to be separated from the solution under the action of external magnetic field.
