超磁致伸缩激振器的性能指标与测试技术研究

摘要 以工程应用为导向,阐述了超磁致伸缩激振器的性能指标和测试技术。有效利用超磁致伸缩材料的倍频效应,可以降低驱动磁场频率在200Hz以下,同时简化驱动线圈结构;静态力常数是综合反映超磁致伸缩激振器静态性能的重要指标;阶跃响应和幅频特性是反映超磁致伸缩激振器动态性能的主要指标;在满足最大激振力要求的前提下,激振器的设计应以提高动态性能为出发点;试验表明,输出位移和激振力符合设计要求,可做为制定技术标准的参考依据;系统模型和测试技术具有工程应用价值。 Based on the engineering application,the performance index and testing technique of giant magnetostric-tive vibration exciter were expounded.By effectively utilizing the frequency doubling effect of the giant magnetos-trictive material,which can effectively reduce the frequency of the driving magnetic field below 200Hz and simplify the structure of the driving coil.Static force constant is an important index to comprehensively reflect the static per-formance of giant magnetostrictive vibration exciter.The step response and amplitude-frequency characteristics are the main indexes to reflect the dynamic performance of the giant magnetostrictive vibration exciter.On the premise of satisfying the requirement of the maximum excitation force,the design of the vibration exciter should improve the dynamic energy as the starting point.The test results show that the output displacement and excitation force meet the design requirements,which can be used as a reference for the formulation of technical standards.The system model and test technology have engineering application value.
