新时代我国智慧体育场馆运营管理研究

Operation and Management of Smart Stadiums in China in New Era

运用文献资料、实地调研、案例分析等研究方法,审视我国智慧体育场馆运营时代优势,认为国内智慧体育场馆运营已具备可行条件,但仍然存在智慧化程度和体验质量较低、转型改造面临风险、场馆运营方认知受限、硬件与软件系统整合困难以及缺乏国家与行业标准等困境。通过分析浙江省黄龙体育中心打造“智慧体育场馆”的试点个案,确证“技术赋能”对新时代体育场馆治理具有重要效用。我国智慧体育场馆运营主要有政府投资、企业投资、政府特许企业运营、政府主导成立专门机构和场馆协会纽带模式等实现路径。提出政府加大智慧体育场馆投入、积极转变观念推动智慧运营、尽快酝酿智慧运营方案、合理选择智慧运营模式、充分挖掘和分析场馆数据价值和借鉴国内外成功经验等促进场馆智慧化转型的建议。

The penetration of new technologies in the field of sports endows stadiums a new mission,making it necessary to re-clarify the operational goals and reform directions of the stadiums in the new era.Through literature review,field research and case analysis,the paper examines the advantages of the smart sports stadium operation and it is believed that the operation of the domestic smart stadiums is feasible.There are still problems such as low intelligence level and quality of experience,risks in transformation,limited awareness of the venue operators,difficulties in integrating hardware and software systems and the lack of national and industry standards.The building of Smart Stadiums of Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Center confirms that technical empowerment has a decisive effect on the governance of stadiums in the new era.The operation model of smart stadiums in China mainly includes government investment,corporate investment,government-licensed enterprise operation,government-led establishment of specialized agencies and stadium association tie-in models.It can be proposed that the government should increase investment in smart stadiums,actively change concepts to promote smart operation,formulate smart operation plans as soon as possible,rationally choose smart operation models,fully analyze the data and explore its value,and learn from successful experience at home and abroad to promote the smart transformation of stadiums.
