自身免疫性胃炎并脊髓亚急性联合变性:1例报道并文献复习

Autoimmune gastritis combined with subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord:one case report and literature review

自身免疫性胃炎(AIG)可导致脊髓亚急性联合变性(SCD),影响患者的生活和工作,早期识别困难。本文报道病例病程长,早期出现神经系统症状,后期出现上腹部胀痛、恶心、呕吐、贫血等,系统诊查后明确诊断,补充维生素B12等治疗后获得成功。

Autoimmune gastritis(AIG)can lead to subacute combined degeneration(SCD)of spinal cord,which affects the life and work of patients and makes early identification difficult.The patient in this report had a long course of disease,with neurological symptoms in the early stage and upper abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting and anemia in the later stage.Diagnosis was confirmed after systematic examination,and vitamin B12 supplementation was successful.
