摘要
结合生物医学工程具有很强的综合性、实践性的交叉融合学科特点,从综合性大学多学科交叉聚焦新工科的人才培养模式,着重于三个内容上的突破:强调理、工、医的学科交叉融合;突出“导师团”创新培育机制的育人模式;打造学生实验->实践->科研的递进式能力培育,最后形成新工科背景下的“多学科融合”人才培养模式。
Combining with the characteristics of biomedical engineering as a comprehensive and practical interdisciplinary subject,this paper focuses on the breakthrough in three aspects from the perspective of the talent training mode of multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary focusing on new engineering in comprehensive universities:emphasizing the interdisciplinary integration of science,engineering and medicine,highlighting the"mentor group"innovative cultivation mechanism mode,building the progressive ability cultivation of students'experiment->practice->scientific research,and finally forming the talent cultivation mode of"multi-disciplinary integration"under the background of new engineering.
