关于船员参与船上职业安全与健康管理的思考

Consideration on Seafarers Participating Onboard Occupational Safety and Health Management

船员作为一种风险性较高的职业,不可避免地受到职业事故或与工作有关的疾病威胁。在梳理船员参与船上职业安全与健康管理的相关规定基础上,分析了我国船员参与职业安全与健康管理的现状和存在的问题,并就如何提高我国船员对职业安全与健康管理的参与度提出建议。

As a high-risk occupation,seafarers are inevitably threatened by occupational accidents or work-related diseases.Based on a review of the relevant provisions on seafarers’participation in occupational safety and health management,this paper probes into the existing conditions and problems and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the participation of Chinese seafarers in occupational safety and health management.
