海上船舶生活污水污染监管的思考与分析

Consideration and Analysis on the Supervision of Marine Ship Sewage Pollution Prevention and Control

为防止船舶污染海洋环境,国家发布了《船舶水污染物排放控制标准》(GB 3552—2018)。对照当前船舶生活污水监管内容,总结归纳海事监管中发现的主要问题,并就如何解决解决难点问题提出建议,可为航运公司船舶生活污水管理提供参考。

In order to prevent the pollution of marine environment by ships,China issued the National Standard on the Pollution Control of Sewage Discharged by Ships(GB3552-201).This paper summarizes the major problems identified in maritime supervision and regulation,and puts forward solutions for the problems in the hope of providing reference for shipping companies in the management of domestic sewage on ships.
