摘要
目的探讨ADDIE模式在老年人及照顾者院前急救培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样方法选取某社区老年人及照顾者为研究对象,对照组42人,开展传统的院前急救培训,试验组41人,采用基于ADDIE模式设计的院前急救培训方案,比较两组培训对象的成绩、急救态度和行为意愿,并进行满意度调查。结果试验组的院前急救理论知识和技能操作考核明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的急救态度、行为意愿和自我效能得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人及老年人照顾者的院前急救知识、技能水平较低,基于ADDIE模式的院前急救培训方案实践能够激发学员的学习兴趣、提高学员的应急反应能力,提升院前急救培训效果。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the ADDIE model in the pre-hospital first aid training for the elderly and caregivers.Methods The elderly and caregivers in a certain community were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The control group(42 people)received traditional pre-hospital first aid training.The experiment group(41 people)received the training which was designed on the ADDIE model.The training test score(on theories and skillset),first aid attitude,and behavioral willingness were compared between the two groups.A satisfaction survey was also carried out after the training.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The attitude,willingness,and self-efficacy scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Given the deficient knowledge and skills on the pre-hospital first aid among the elderly and their caregivers,the relevant training based on the ADDIE model could stimulate particpants’learning interest,improve their emergency response capabilities,and therefore enhance the effectiveness of the training.
