Brief report on stroke center in China,2020

卒中是我国居民首位的致残、致死病因。我国卒中发病率、患病率、复发率和死亡率居高不下。为降低脑血管病危害,借鉴发达国家的经验,并结合我国医疗实际,国家卫生健康委员会脑卒中防治工程委员会自2012年起积极组织开展中国特色卒中中心建设。经过多年的探索,推动了我国卒中防治医疗卫生服务供给模式的改革。《中国卒中中心报告2020》作为系列专著的第二部,详细叙述了我国卒中中心建设的历程,并汇总了2019年我国卒中中心建设的进展和取得的成效。

Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death among Chinese residents.The incidence,prevalence,recurrence rate and mortality of stroke in China remain high.Learning from the experience of developed countries and combining with medical practice of our country,the Ministry of Health China Stroke Prevention Project Committee has actively organized the construction of stroke centers with Chinese characteristics since 2012.After years of exploration,it has promoted the reform of the supply model of health services on stroke prevention in China.As the second edition of a series of monographs,Report on Stroke Center in China 2020 describes in detail the process of stroke center construction in China and summarizes the progress and achievements of stroke center construction in China in 2019.
