Mituo Taketani's Thought on Philosophy of Physics: Its Impact and Implication

日本物理学家武谷三男提出的科学认识“三阶段论”是建立在批判马赫和卡西尔的基础上的,其中“实体论”阶段的设置与这些批判有着紧密的联系。武谷不但用“三阶段论”来解释经典力学和量子力学的发展过程,更进一步给出了与之相应的量子力学解释。他的物理学哲学思想既对日本学界有着深远的影响,又对当代物理学哲学的发展有着重要的借鉴意义。

The Japanese physicist Mituo Taketani's"three-step theory"of scientific recognition,especially his insertion of"objects"between"phenomena"and"nature",is based on his critiques of Mach and Cassirer.Not only does he use this theory to explain the development of classical and quantum mechanics,Taketani also proposes an interpretation of quantum mechanics accordingly.His thought on philosophy of physics influences greatly on Japanese academia,and has important significance for the development of contemporary philosophy of physics as well.
