不同切髓工具在乳磨牙活髓切断术中的疗效观察 被引量:2

Observation of the effects of three different tools in pulpotomy for primary molars

摘要 目的:比较使用高速手机、低速手机、挖匙进行乳磨牙活髓切断术的疗效。方法:纳入需进行活髓切断术治疗的深龋或早期牙髓炎乳磨牙240颗,随机分成高速手机组、低速手机组、挖匙组(n=80),于术后1、3、6、12、18、24月复查,并对比其疗效及成功率。结果:以上3组分别有77例、78例和75例完成了随访复查,高速手机组成功率分别为1月100%、3月97.4%、6月96.1%、12月92.2%、18月90.9%、24月89.6%;低速手机组成功率分别为100%、100%、100%、98.7%、98.7%、98.7%;挖匙组成功率分别为100%、100%、98.7%、97.3%、97.3%、96.0%。结论:相比于低速手机及挖匙,高速手机在进行乳牙切髓时的成功率较低,可能与牙髓损伤有关。 Objective:To compare the effect of high speed handpiece,low speed handpiece and excavator applied in pulpotomy of primary molars.Methods:240 primary molars with deep caries or early pulpitis which needed pulpotomy were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=80):the high speed handpiece group,the low speed handpiece group and the excavator group.The condition of the teeth were observed at 1,3,6,12,18 and 24 months after pulpotomy in order to compare the success rate of the 3 groups.Results:77,78 and 75 teeth of the 3 group were respectively completed the follow-up observation.At 1,3,6,12,18 and 24 months after pulpotomy,the success rate of high speed handpiece group was 100%,97.4%,96.1%,92.2%,90.9%and 89.6%;that of low speed handpiece group was 100%,100%,100%,98.7%,98.7%and 98.7%;that of excavator group was 100%,100%,98.7%,97.3%,97.3%and 96.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The success rate of high speed handpiece applied in pulpotomy of primary molar is lower compared with low speed handpiece and excavator,and may be related to damage to the pulp.
