Nrf2在唾液腺多形性腺瘤及癌在多形性腺瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨唾液腺多形性腺瘤(SPA)及癌在多形性腺瘤(CPA)组织中的核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)的表达及临床意义。方法:收集已经确诊的50例SPA(n=44)和CPA(n=6)及瘤旁样本的石蜡标本,采用S-P免疫组化的方法进行检测,明确Nrf2在肿瘤及正常组织的表达,同时发现Nrf2与肿瘤的组织病理学特征之间的相关性。结果:Nrf2在SPA及CPA组织中表达高于肿瘤旁组织(P<0.05),其表达程度同肿瘤的病理类型呈正相关(P<0.05),CPA中的表达率明显高于原发性(n=39)和复发性(n=5)SPA(P<0.05),在正常腮腺组织中表达率明显低于在唾液腺良恶性肿瘤表达率(P<0.05)。结论:Nrf2与SPA和CPA的生长及病理类型关系密切,对二者的预后及鉴别诊断有重要意义。 Objective:To study the expression of Nrf2 in salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma(SPA)and carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma(CPA)and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method was performed in 50 cases of confirmed SPA(n=44),CPA(n=6)and the adjaced normal tissue(n=50)of the tumor,the correlation between Nrf2 and the histopathological characteristics of the tumor was analyzed.Results:The expression of Nrf2 in SPA and CPA tissue was higher in SPA and CPA than that in adjacent tissue(P<0.05),and is positively correlated with pathological type of tumor(P<0.05).The expression of Nrf2 in recurrent(n=5)SPA and CPA(n=6)was higher than that in primary SPA(n=39)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Nrf2 is closely related to the growth and pathological type of SPA and CPA,and has important significance for the prognosis and differential diagnosis of the both.
