摘要
目的:探讨程序性死亡分子1(PD-1)、程序性死亡受体-配体1(PD-L1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及对预后的影响。方法:检测93例患者OSCC组织及癌旁组织中PD-L1、PD-L1的表达,分析两者相关性、与临床参数的关系及对预后的影响。结果:PD-1、PD-L1在OSCC组织中阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);低分化程度OSCC组织中PD-1阳性表达率高于高分化组织,发生淋巴结转移和III~IV期OSCC组织中PD-L1阳性表达率高于未发生转移及I~II期组织(P<0.05);PD-1、PD-L1阴性患者生存率高于阳性患者(P<0.05)。结论:PD-1、PD-L1在OSCC组织中高表达,PD-1表达与肿瘤组织分化程度有关,PD-L1表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关,PD-1、PD-L1高表达影响患者生存期。
Objective:To investigate the expression of programmed cell death 1(PD-1)and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and their influence on prognosis.Methods:The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L1 in OSCC and adjacent tissues were detected,the correlation between the two and the relationship with clinical parameters,and the impact of the two on the prognosis of the disease were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of PD-1 and PD-L1 in OSCC tissue were higher than that in adjacent tissue(P<0.05),the positive expression rate of PD-1 in poor-differentiated OSCC tissue was higher than that in well-differentiated tissue.OSCC tissue with lymph node metastasis and stage III-IV showed higher PD-L1 expression(P<0.05),Survival rate of PD-1 and PD-L1 negative patients are higher than that of positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:PD-1 and PD-L1 are highly expressed in OSCC tissues,PD-1 expression is related to the degree of tumor tissue differentiation,PD-L1 expression is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,PD-1 and PD-L1 high expression affects patient survival.
