摘要
该文介绍1例正畸再治疗病例,患者高角、上下牙弓前突、下颌后缩,双侧咬合为完全远中关系,垂直向生长严重不调。通过非常规拔牙矫治,配合微螺钉及高位牵引,进行三维方向上的控制,最终患者面型及咬[牙合]关系得到较大改善。
A 15 years old boy with high Angle,anterior arch process of upper and lower teeth,posterior mandibular contraction,complete distal occlusion and severe vertical growth disorder was treated by unconventional tooth extraction correction,combined with Mini-screw and high traction and 3D overall direction control,finally the face contour and occlusion of the boy were greatly improved.
