原发性醛固酮增多症的规范化诊治 被引量：1

摘要 原发性醛固酮增多症(PA)是最常见的继发性高血压之一,与原发性高血压相比,PA患者的心、脑、肾等高血压靶脏器损害更为严重,而早期发现和规范化的诊治可使PA患者通过肾上腺切除手术或特异性药物治疗获得治愈或良好控制,降低心血管风险。本文就2016年美国内分泌学会发布的《原发性醛固酮增多症诊治指南》和中华医学内分泌分会发布的《原发性醛固酮增多症诊断治疗的专家共识(2020版)》,结合近年在PA领域开展的研究成果,就PA的诊治现状、筛查和规范化诊断及治疗作一述评。
