摘要
为全面、客观了解网络学习空间应用现状,对影响网络学习空间学生持续使用意愿的关键因素进行深入探究。结合ECM-IS和用户体验理论,构建网络学习空间学生持续使用意愿模型,并通过数据预处理、测量模型信效度检验与结构方程模型验证,对理论模型与研究假设进行检验分析。研究表明,满意度是直接影响学生持续使用意愿因素中影响程度最高的因素,其次是归属体验、感知有用性、价值体验与享乐体验,而社交体验对其并没有直接影响。用户体验5个维度中对学生持续使用意愿影响总效果值最大的因素是价值体验。此外,学生年级和使用网络学习空间的时间对持续使用意愿存在差异性影响。
In order to comprehensively and objectively understand the application status of online learning space,explores the influenc⁃ing factors of students’continuance intention in online learning space.Combining the user experience theory in the field of marketing,the theoretical model of the students’continuance intention in online learning space is constructed,which are tested and analyzed by data preprocessing,reliability and validity test of measurement model,one-way ANOVA and structural equation model verification.The results show that satisfaction is the most influential factor that directly affects students’continuance intention,followed by belong⁃ing experience,perceived usefulness,value experience,and hedonic experience,while social experience has no direct impact on it.The value experience is the most important factor in the total effects of the students’continuance intention in the five dimensions of us⁃er experience.In addition,students’grade and usage time of online learning space have a differential impact on the students’continu⁃ance intention.
