摘要
以科技创新驱动制造业高质量发展,是破解当前制造业突出矛盾和问题的关键,也是加快制造业转变发展方式、转换增长动力的重要手段。依据UIBE GVC Indicators全球价值链数据库,构建23个制造行业2007—2015年面板数据,运用半参数估计方法,实证检验创新驱动制造业全球价值链升级的实施路径。结论显示,大力培育高端人才资源、强化自主技术研发、提升技术研发效率和技术转化效率是创新驱动制造业全球价值链升级的有效路径。
Promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing sector through scientific and technological innovation is the key to solving the current prominent problems,and an important means to accelerate the transformation of the development mode and growth drivers of the manufacturing sector.According to the UIBE GVC Indicators database,the panel data of 23 manufacturing industries from 2007 to 2015 was constructed,and semi-parametric estimation methods were used to empirically test the implementation path of innovation-driven global value chain upgrades in manufacturing.The conclusions show that we should vigorously cultivate high-end human resources,strengthening independent technology R&D,improving technology R&D efficiency and technology transformation efficiency are effective paths for innovation to drive the upgrade of the manufacturing global value chain.
