基于价值流图的浴室柜生产线平衡优化研究

The Balancing Optimization of Bathroom Cabinet Production Line Based on Value Stream Mapping

以强调信息流与物流的价值流图为工具,对Z厂浴室柜流水线存在的平衡率低、物流与信息流不合理等问题进行了分析,并运用价值流改善方法进行了工序重组,设立看板式管理来解决孤岛式生产问题。在此基础上,用工时均衡手法优化工序瓶颈,使生产线平衡率提高了17.1%,日平均产能提升了30套,有效提高了生产效率。结果表明,基于价值流图的浴柜生产线优化设计在降低节拍、提高平衡率和提升产量等方面具有良好的效果。

In this paper,the low balance rate and unreasonable logistics information flow of bathroom cabinet assembly line in Factory Z were analyzed with the tool of Value Stream Map,and the process reorganization was carried out with the method of value stream improvement,and the panel management was set up to solve the problem of isolated production.On this basis,the process bottleneck was optimized by the balancing method of labor time,and the balance rate of the production line was increased by 17.1%,the average daily capacity was increased by 30 sets,and the production efficiency was effectively improved.The results show that the optimal design of bathroom cabinet production line based on value flow map has good effect in reducing the beat,improving the balance rate and increasing the output.
