ZJ17卷接机组MAX剔除鼓轮在剔除不合格烟支时,剔除后的烟支时常伴随剔除鼓轮的高速运转被带入下一个传送鼓轮,导致MAX出口堵塞停机,影响设备运行效率。为解决该故障,在剔除鼓轮下方设计加装烟支拦阻装置,对剔除后的烟支进行有效拦截,降低MAX出口堵塞停机次数,提升设备运行的稳定性,降低原辅材料的消耗。

When the unqualified cigarettes are detected by the eliminating drum wheel of ZJ17 cigarette making unit,it often happens that after eliminating the cigarettes,they will be taken to the next transmission drum wheel due to the action of inertia along with the high-speed operation of the eliminating drum wheel.The MAX outlet is blocked and shut down,affecting the operating efficiency of the equipment.In order to solve the fault,a cigarette arresting device is designed and installed below the elimination drum wheel to effectively intercept the eliminated cigarettes,reduce the times of the equipment stop since the MAX outlet is blocked,improve the stability of equipment operation,and reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials.
