摘要
主要针对烟盒压痕刀更换安装时的定位繁琐与精度不高的问题做出安装优化设计,完成压痕刀的定位装置升级,将传统的左右定位装置和同步定位装置进行合二为一,实现对压痕刀的一次定位,同时避免了对定位装置的拆卸工作,实现刻痕刀的快速更换,减少了维修时间,提高了安装的效率与定位的精确性。
This paper mainly aims at the problem of complicated positioning and low accuracy during replacing the blade to make the installation optimization design.The positioning device of the indentation knife is upgraded,and the traditional left and right positioning device and synchronous positioning device are combined into one to realize the one-time positioning of the indentation knife.At the same time,the disassembly of the positioning device is avoided and the rapid replacement of the indentation knife is realized.The installation efficiency and positioning accuracy are improved,so maintenance time is reduced.
