摘要
政府和社会资本合作模式(PPP)被广泛应用到污水处理领域,PPP模式下污水处理项目的定价尤为关键。对污水处理PPP项目的定价进行疏理,阐述其定价基本原则,并比较分析典型的定价方法,为之后的污水处理PPP项目定价提供借鉴。
The government and social capital cooperation(PPP)model is widely used in the field of wastewater treatment,and the pricing of wastewater treatment projects under the PPP model is particularly critical.The pricing of wastewater treatment PPP projects is particularly critical.The basic principles of pricing are explained,and the typical pricing methods are compared and analyzed to provide reference for the pricing of subsequent wastewater treatment PPP projects.
