基于钻头转速检测矿井围岩冲击倾向性研究

摘要 通过理论分析建立煤体围岩应力与钻头转速之间的动力学模型,理论上推出了钻头转速与煤体围岩应力、转速与转矩、转矩与煤体围岩应力的关系,找到钻孔过程中钻头转速与围岩应力的变化规律。分析结果表明钻头转速增大、煤体应力减小、钻头转矩减小,反之煤体应力增大,即钻头转速随着煤体围岩应力的增大而减小,随着煤体围岩应力的减小而增大,二者之间成负相关的趋势。研究结果为煤矿预测预报冲击地压动力危害提供了理论与实验的依据。 Through theoretical analysis,a dynamic model between the stress of the coal body surrounding rock and the rotation speed of the drill bit is established,and the relationship between the drill bit rotation speed and the stress of the coal body surrounding rock,the rotation speed and torque,and the torque and the stress of the coal body surrounding rock is theoretically deduced.The change law of drill speed and surrounding rock stress during drilling.The analysis results show that the bit speed increases,the coal body stress decreases,and the bit torque decreases.On the contrary,the coal body stress increases,that is,the bit speed decreases with the increase of the coal body surrounding rock stress.The rock stress decreases and increases,and there is a trend of negative correlation between the two.The research results provide theoretical and experimental basis for predicting and forecasting the damage of rock burst dynamics in coal mines.
