摘要
介绍了以连杆为研究对象,往复压缩机十字头的磨损间隙过大故障的动力学仿真。通过接触碰撞模型模拟移动副间隙的两个零件间的相互作用力,利用动力学仿真软件对含不同移动副间隙的往复压缩机进行动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,十字头上下端面的磨损间隙对连杆在X方向、Y方向的位移和速度影响较小,对X方向的加速度和Y方向的加速度影响较大。
This paper introduces the dynamic simulation of excessive wear clearance fault of reciprocating compressor crosshead based on connecting rod.The interaction force between two parts with clearance of moving pair is simulated by contact collision model,and the dynamic simulation software is used to simulate the reciprocating compressor with different clearance of moving pair.The simulation results show that the wear clearance of crosshead in Y direction has little influence on the displacement and velocity of connecting rod in X direction and Y direction,but has great influence on the acceleration in X direction and Y direction.
