摘要
介绍了一种基于虚拟样机的某经编机曲轴连杆机构模型快速建模方法。首先,建立了曲轴连杆机构模型信息模板文件。然后,通过二次开发程序,对上述文件进行文本处理,快速生成带有尺寸公差等信息的仿真脚本文件。最后,运行该脚本文件,获取机构的实际输出结果。该方法可以用于曲轴连杆机构的误差分析。经过连杆机构测试台测试,结果与之相符。
This paper presented a rapid method to establish the model of the crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism in wrap knitting machine based on the virtual prototype.Firstly the template file contained mechanical model information of the crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism was established.Then the simulation script file with the tolerance information was generated rapidly via the template file which was processed by the secondary developed program.Finally the simulation script file was run and the actual output result was acquired.This method can be used on the tolerance analysis of the crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism.The result was compared with the one measured on the multi-linkages measurement jig and the error between them was very tiny.
