针对百万机组干除渣系统,结合其结构和运行方式,分析干除渣系统设备及其主要特点,说明其在运行中存在的问题,针对这些问题和故障展开讨论,并指出改进意见。在处理干除渣系统故障时,不但要从现象出发,更应该以干除渣系统故障所引起的机组不安全运行方式来正确判断,这样才能正确和迅速地处理事故,保证机组稳定运行。

For the dry deslagging system of one million units,from the structure and operation mode combined with the equipment and main characteristics of the dry deslagging system,the problems are analyzed,and point out further suggestions for improvement.When dealing with dry deslagging system failures,we should not only start from the phenomenon,but also judge correctly from the unsafe operation mode of the unit caused by dry deslagging system failures,so that we can deal with the accident correctly and ensure continuous operation of the unit.
