摘要
针对哈锅百万机组锅炉水冷壁超温的问题,研究不同燃烧工况对水冷壁壁温的影响,分析总结出水冷壁易超温工况点,并作出优化调整,以使水冷壁超温得到有效控制。
Aiming at the problem of water-cooled wall over-temperature in boilers of HBCM units,we study the influence of different combustion conditions on water-cooled wall temperature,analyze and summarize the water-cooled wall over-temperature prone working points,and make optimal adjustments so that the water-cooled wall over-temperature can be effectively controlled.
